Evolution Capital Partners of Cleveland has acquired New York-based environmental services provider EnviroScience Consultants Inc., a provider of a range of inspection and testing services to schools, property owners and healthcare facilities across the country. ‘Empire State.
Terms of the contract are not disclosed.
EnviroScience, founded in 1998, is headquartered in Ronkonkoma, New York. It has additional locations on Long Island and Westchester County.
The investment is the first related to a new platform that Evolution said it is developing called Mainline Environmental. Entities operating under this platform will focus on advising, inspecting, testing, monitoring and remediation of lead, asbestos, mold and other contaminants for business customers from various industries, according to the company.
