Pathlight Capital Provides Final $ 100 Million Investment to SP Richards Company

BOSTON, October 26, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Pathlight Capital LP and SP Richards Company (“SP Richards” or the “Company”) completed a $ 100 million Last-out transaction (the “last-out”) in a transaction led by Wells Fargo $ 275 million Senior secured revolving credit facility (the “Facility”). SP Richards is a leading national commercial product wholesalers distributing furniture, technology, break rooms and other office products.
